Description
I. Intended use: AG-10X Sterile PBS (pH 7.4) Phosphate buffered saline is a pH-adjusted blend of ultrapure-grade phosphate buffers and saline solution in 10X concentration.
II. Formulae & physical characteristics:10X PBS when diluted to a 1X working concentration, contains 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10 mM Na2HPO4 and 1.8 mM KH2PO4.
III. Packaging, storage condition & shelf life:
