Phospho-GSK3β-S9 Mouse mAb 20 μL

Western blot analysis of various lysates using Phospho-GSK3β-S9 Mouse mAb (AP1258) at 1:1000 dilution. HeLa NIH/3T3 and C6 cells were treated with Calyculin A (100 nM) at 37℃ for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.
Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) (AS003) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane.
