RNA-spin™ Total RNA Extraction Kit is a spin-type product designed to extract total RNA quickly and easily from cells or tissues. Unlike the easy-spin™ (DNA free) Total RNA Extraction Kit, it uses chaotropic salt and detergent to effectively dissolve cells or tissues, denature nucleic acid proteins and inhibit RNase activity derived from cells without using phenol.
