Micropipette

Micropipettes are essential laboratory tools used for measuring and transferring small volumes of liquid accurately. They come in different sizes, ranging from 0.1 μL to 1000 μL, and are commonly used in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other life science applications. Micropipettes work based on the principle of air displacement, where a plunger moves within a calibrated chamber, creating a vacuum or pressure to draw in or expel liquid. They have a precision mechanism that enables the user to set and adjust the volume to be dispensed, making them very accurate and reliable.
