Description
Super Zymolyase, 2 x 0.5ml, is a high performance Zymolyase preparation that is supplied in a liquid, ready to use form. Super Zymolyase contains a high yeast lytic activity with low non-specific activity. Super Zymolyase effectively lyses cell walls of viable yeast cells. Zymolyase comes from Arthrobacter luteus, it is then lyophilzed and packaged with a resuspension buffer. It hydrolyzes glucose polymers at the beta-1, 3 glucan linkages releasing laminaripentaose as a product.
