Description
The 5x HOT FIREPol® EvaGreen® qPCR Mix Plus is a ready-to-use, high-performance qPCR mix for real-time PCR applications. It contains all the necessary components for qPCR, including Taq DNA polymerase, EvaGreen® dye, dNTPs, and buffer.
The mix is designed to provide high sensitivity and specificity, with minimal background and non-specific amplification. The EvaGreen® dye included in the mix is a DNA-binding dye that emits fluorescence when bound to double-stranded DNA, enabling real-time monitoring of amplification during the PCR reaction.
The HOT FIREPol® Taq DNA polymerase included in the mix is a highly thermostable enzyme that exhibits high processivity, fidelity, and speed, enabling fast and efficient PCR amplification.
