Corning® 28 mm Diameter Syringe Filters with 0.2 µm Pore SFCA Membrane are a laboratory consumable used for the filtration and clarification of biological and chemical samples. The syringe filters are designed with a diameter of 28 mm and a pore size of 0.2 µm, which makes them suitable for the filtration of small particles and microorganisms.
The syringe filters are made with a hydrophilic SFCA (Surfactant-Free Cellulose Acetate) membrane, which has a low protein binding capacity and is suitable for applications that require minimal sample adsorption. The membrane also provides high flow rates and a high throughput capacity, which makes it ideal for the filtration of large volumes of samples.
