Description
I. Intended use: In vitro diagnostic device. Nonselective, general-purpose medium with defibrinated sheep blood, for the isolation and cultivation of fastidious and non-fastidious microorganisms from clinical specimens and other materials and for determination of hemolytic properties.
II. Formulae & physical characteristics: AG brand Prepared Sheep blood agar plates are enriched medium used
to culture those bacteria or microbes that do not grow easily. It is also required to detect and differentiate hemolytic bacteria.
III. Packaging, storage condition & shelf life:-
Pack: 90mm polystyrene Petri dish prefilled with sterile sheep Blood agar medium.(2 x 10 plates )
Shelf life: 12 Weeks
