Bovine Serum Albumin Fraction V – Standard Grade has been treated to be essentially free of bovine IgG, while retaining the natural fatty acids present in the serum. This has been observed to be beneficial in the function of many cell types, including sperm.
Fraction V BSA is a highly purified, lyophilized powder with >95% purity. This albumin can be further sieved and treated for a number of unique applications. bioWORLD carries Crysallized BSA, Fatty Acid Free BSA, and Low IgG BSA, among other options, all produced from the pure Fraction V Albumin.
