Description
The Corning® 150cm² U-Shaped Canted Neck Cell Culture Flask with Vent Cap is a laboratory tool commonly used for the growth and maintenance of cell cultures. This flask is made of optically clear polystyrene, which provides excellent visibility of the cell culture and facilitates monitoring of cell growth and morphology.
The U-shaped design of the flask allows for easier access to the cell culture, while the canted neck design reduces the risk of contamination during pipetting or pouring. The flask has a working volume of30mL to 45mL and a surface area of 150cm², which is ideal for the growth of adherent cell lines
