PBS Buffer 1X, pH 7.2, Sterile-500ml
Phosphate-Buffered-Saline contains Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, and Potassium Phosphate. The combination of these high quality salts allows for a multi-use buffer that can maintain physiological pH in microbiological applications.
Sterile 1X PBS is ideal for extended storage of proteins, antibodies, blood sera, and cell samples. It is often used for cell washing, as well as cell dissociation when combined with EDTA. PBS with EDTA may be purchased under product number 40120908.
