Description
The 6x DNA Loading Dye Buffer Orange and Blue from Solis BioDyne is a pre-mixed solution that is used in molecular biology experiments for loading DNA samples onto agarose gels for electrophoresis. The loading buffer contains a tracking dye that enables visualization of DNA migration during electrophoresis.
The loading buffer comes in two colors – orange and blue – which are added to the DNA sample in order to make it visible and easy to monitor during electrophoresis. The orange dye migrates faster than DNA, while the blue dye migrates at a similar rate to DNA, allowing users to monitor the progress of their DNA migration.
For loading DNA samples like PCR fragments and restriction fragments on gel.
