Description
Falcon® 1 mL Serological Pipet is a sterile, disposable pipette made of polystyrene. It has a 0.01 mL increment and is individually packed. It comes in a box of 100 and a case of 1,000. It is designed for use in cell culture applications and other laboratory procedures. The pipet is calibrated to deliver its nominal volume with an accuracy of ±2% at full volume. It has a non-wettable plug that prevents liquid from entering the pipet, which can cause inaccurate readings. The pipet also has a negative graduations feature that makes it easy to read the volume of liquid dispensed. It is suitable for use with a variety of liquids, including aqueous solutions, oils, and organic solvents.
Ideal for tissue culture usage or any non-toxic solution that requires aliquoted or aspirating/dispensing in a sterile environment. This nonpyrogenic pipet has a 0.4 mL overfill capacity and is individually wrapped in Corning® Advantage™ all-plastic thermoformed package
