Description

Gelatin is a heterogeneous mixture of water-soluble proteins of high average molecular masses, present in collagen. It is commonly used for coating of culture dishes to improve attachment of cells. It can be used to grow mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs), mouse induced pluripotent stem cells (miPSCs) or primary embryonic fibroblasts (PEFs).
