Please let me know how to dilute for concentration 1ug/ML. and what is potency of the drugs.-
Potency: 98% (use 0.98). Make a 1 mg/mL stock: for 10 mL, weigh 10.204 mg (10 ÷ 0.98), dissolve to 10 mL.
Make 1 µg/mL: dilute stock 1:1000 (e.g., 10 µL stock + 9.99 mL diluent) or do serial: 100 µL → 9.9 mL → 1 mL → 9 mL.
Solvent: methanol or DMSO for stock; dilute into water/buffer.
Store: cool, dark, <15°C; protect from air.
