Supervising electronic at top levels, offering temperatures and alarms registration.
Microprocessor controller type with touch screen, 7’’interface. The working status of the equipment is clearly visible from the distance.
The homepage groups in a single page the following elements:
– Real time graph of the equipment temperature, which can be customized to display up to three probe recording.
A multi-trace graph will show the temperatures of the last 6 hours and, if required, the detail of the last 24 hours.
– Actual temperature with tenth degree resolution
– Status of the equipment
– Actual set-point
– Set limits
– Power consumption (within the last 24 hours and instant power consumption)
– Voltage, batteries status (optional)
– User panel icons including equipment turning ON/OFF, alarms list, door opening list, Night & Day power saving function, service menu. A
multimedia section contains maintenance videos, wire schematics, spare parts list. Icons for electric digital lock and light turning on and off.
Front panel with nr 3 slots for:
– Sd card (standard supplied), for the registration of the equipment functional data, temperatures, and as support for dedicated service/user
documents.
– USB port for data download, software, and equipment upgrade.
– SIM card for the optional plug in GSM module.
Back up recording features two safety levels: data are stored in the inner flash memory for 12 months and on the supplied SD card
approximately for 10 years. We suggest the replacement of the SD after 3-4 to grant the highest efficiency of the system.
The software Capture 5.2, freely downloadable from the SD card, will allow data download, their organization/export and the creation of graphs.
