Tirs-MOPS-SDS Running Buffer Powder is used for ExpressPlus™ PAGE Gels and SurePAGE™ Gels running. Using proprietary techniques, Tirs-MOPS-SDS Running Buffer Powder is made to have long shelf life, smaller volume, high resolution and fast electrophoresis.
Tirs-MOPS-SDS Running Buffer Powder is optimized for the running of proteins from ExpressPlus™ PAGE Gels and SurePAGE™ Gels. Reconstitute with 1000 mL deionized water to make 1X running buffer per bag of powder. Tirs-MOPS-SDS Running Buffer can be used for running.
